Refund and Returns Policy for SAFETY INDIA

At SAFETY INDIA, we prioritize your satisfaction by providing high-quality safety products that meet rigorous standards. However, we understand there may be situations where cancellations or returns are required. Please carefully review our policies below:


Order Cancellation Policy

Order Confirmation:

  • Once you place an order, our customer service team will confirm it via a call at 7838285856 or an email from safetyindiainfo@gmail.com.
  • Orders confirmed for processing cannot be canceled or refunded. However, if you choose to cancel during the confirmation stage, you will receive store credit for future purchases.

Non-Online Orders:

  • For orders confirmed through purchase orders or emails, cancellations are not permitted once payment has been made against our proforma invoice. Refunds will not be issued for such orders.

Return Policy

SAFETY INDIA follows a NO RETURN POLICY, except in cases where the product has a verified manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit.

Non-Returnable Products:
Due to the specialized nature of our safety products, returns are generally not accepted unless a verified issue is reported. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Safety helmets
  • Protective gloves
  • Fire-resistant apparel
  • Safety harnesses and industrial equipment
  • Any customized or special-order products

Returns for Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing safetyindiainfo@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect or damage.
  • Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.
  • Upon verification of the defect, we will either provide store credit, a replacement, or issue a refund.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

Refunds

For Canceled Orders:

  • Orders canceled during the confirmation stage will receive a full refund to the original payment method or store credit, as per your preference. Refunds are processed within 5-6 business days.

Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping costs for returning defective or damaged products will be borne by SAFETY INDIA.
